Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) — £7,500 Heat Pump Grant

Eligibility: Properties with an EPC rating of D to G and a gross household income under £36,000 (or located in pre-qualified postcode zones).
Energy Company Obligation (ECO4)
Whole-House RetrofitMandates large energy suppliers to assist low-income and vulnerable households with major heating upgrades and deep insulation.
PAS 2035 Compliance: Funding cannot be released without an accredited whole-house PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment to ensure proper ventilation design and prevent moisture risk.
Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)
Single Measure SupportDelivers single insulation measures (cavity wall or loft insulation) for households in Council Tax Bands A to D with an EPC rating of D to G.
